We warrant our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from date of receipt. The warranty does not apply if products are mechanically or electronically altered in any way without written approval of the manufacturer. This is our only warranty and no other warranty inferred or implied, unless specifically agreed to in writing at time of order will be honored.
All parts claimed defective must be returned to our plant for inspection in order to allow full credit on parts ordered for replacement.
This merchandise was carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by, the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Claims for loss or damage in transit must, therefore, be made upon the carrier as follows:
Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill of lading and signed by the delivering carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe external evidence of loss or damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor your damage claim. We cannot file the claim for you, but we will assist you in determining the extent and value of damage to help you properly file.
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE
This means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton does not show visible damage. When damage is discovered, make a written request for "Inspection Report of Damage." Usually a transportation company will not pay a claim for concealed damage if inspection is not made within 15 days after receipt of material..
