Do you have _____?

Please see our Products page for our current public offerings.

Why don't you have _____?

We're a manufacturer, not a store.
Yes, really.
Yes, we know that Google's algorithms say otherwise. We've tried to fix it.
Yes, we will give the same answer when you call for the third time.
Yes, we are aware of the level of sass in this answer. We take joy where we can find it.

Can you order _____ for me?

No. We're not that kind of business.
90% of what we get asked about can be found on the shelf  at any chain drugstore.

How do I get your products?

 - If you're looking for a few pieces of a given item, please check out our Product Dealers, as they often have such pieces in stock.
 - For larger orders, feel free to Contact Us directly; but be advised that we require minimum order quantities for most items in our product line, and some products have lead times in excess of four months.

Do you offer repairs or replacements?

We do! Cost will vary depending on warranty status, and timing will depend on availability, but we're glad to keep our products functional, and to keep you in business.
Please Contact Us with the details of your situation. We also sell individual components, depending on the circumstance.

Do you offer a warranty?

Warranty paperwork will be included with your order. We also include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty with all of our product.

What does your prototyping timeframe look like?

That largely depends on the requirements and scale of the prototype. We rigorously test our assemblies using a variety of components from a variety of sources in order to provide our customers with the best quality for reasonable cost.

Many components come in standard sizes and parameters, meaning that we can get them off-the-shelf from our suppliers for testing, allowing us to move from concept to production in 3-6 months.
Custom components, such as molded knobs, may take five or six months to arrive for testing, depending on overall industry demand, which would push prototyping out to beyond 12 months.
